Communication of PRS Operational Scenarios

Operational scenarios are typical examples of actions taken by different users within the Community. Each scenario has different needs, depending on the type of operations, the communications network in use, the situation, location, and other parameters. Each scenario must be characterized in these different aspects, thus obtaining all possible operational scenarios for the Community.

Based on various parameters, each Community establishes and describes the different operating scenarios (nominal and alternative) expected within it and communicates them to the CPA. Each time a Community requests the registration of a new User, it must assign that User to a specific Operating Scenario so that the CPA has sufficient information to classify that User within the Program's user structure.

To communicate the creation of a PRS Operation Scenario, the “PRS Operation Scenario Communication Form” must be used through the Private Area of this website.
